Three members of the same family will face a Supreme Court trial into charges over the death of 23-year-old Jarrad Fitzpatrick in the driveway of a friends Bunbury home last year.Colin Smith, 40, and his son Kenneth Smith, 20, each faced a charge of murder when they appeared in the Stirling Garden Magistrates Court this morning.Their wife and mother, 38-year-old Tanya Smith, appeared in the same court on a charge of manslaughter.The trio are alleged to have been involved in killing Mr Fitzpatrick after a dispute about Kenneths former girlfriend on November 28 last year.Magistrate Keith Chapman was told today that the case needed to be set down for a joint trial.A trial date is yet to be set and the trio will make their first appearance in the Supreme Court on July 12.
